Yuki Saori and her sister Yasuda Sachiko have been well-known as singers of children’s songs. When they sing together, their harmony is amazing. Yuki Saori has a huge repertoire of songs including Jazz songs.

In Japan, on the night of December 31, which we call OoMisoka, NHK broadcasts a music program called “Kohaku-Utagassen,” （singing competition between male singers as White team and female singers as Red team） in which the top singers appear.

She joined the 63rd NHK Kohaku-Utagassen from Portland, Oregon with Pink Martini and his jazz orchestra at the end of last year. The song was “Yoake no Scat” as one of her hit songs. She was recognized worldwide by this song.

Furthermore, she was appointed as a goodwill ambassador by governor of Oregon this year and became the ambassador. Let’s listen to her beautiful voice!
